Daily Scheduled Trip

Your credit card will be charged the full amount upon purchase. We accept VISA and Mastercard only.You may cancel your booking at any time up to 48 hours prior to the trip by phoning or emailing your request to us (bearsbmxnbs@gmail.com). You will receive a full refund less a $5 non-refundable booking fee per cancelled person. Cancellations less than 48 hours prior will be charged the full amount.

• Cancellations must be received in writing (letter, fax or email). Cancellations are only effective once your notification is received by Bears BMX & BS
Cancellation coverage is available. This, taken at extra cost when you first book, will allow for a full refund should you be forced to cancel for health or medical reasons affecting yourself or members of your immediate family. We strongly recommend you take this coverage.

You acknowledge and agree that by booking you assume all risks relating to, and you waive any and all claims you may now or in the future have against, and fully release from all liability and agree not to sue, Bears BMX & BS. and its officers, employees, guides, agents or representatives (collectively, "its staff"), or the Province for any (i) cancellation (by you or by Bears BMX & BS.) of your trip or booking with Bears BMX & BS., (ii) any disruptions of your trip or booking with Bears BMX & BS., or (iii) any and all expenses incurred relating to your trip or booking with Bears BMX & BS., or the cancellation or disruption thereof, including without limitation costs of accommodations, flights, car rentals, and other travel costs, meals, and any other incidentals or items, for any reason related in any way to COVID-19 including without limitation actual or possible suffering by you or any other person in your party from COVID-19 related illness, mandatory quarantine or self-isolation requirements whether self-imposed or imposed by governmental authorities, restrictions, changes or cancellations to flights, accommodations or any other travel related bookings, or restrictions or limitations on gatherings, activities or Bears BMX & BS business whether imposed by Bears BMX & BS., a governmental authority or otherwise.
