CA Online Return Policy

We accept unworn, unused merchandise purchased from the Bears BMX & BS website in its original packaging with tags included for a refund of the product. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. You have 30 days from the ship date to return your goods. If your product was received damaged due to shipping or manufacturing, please call or email our team for assistance.

All returns not subject to damage or manufacturer defect are required to incur a return shipping label cost of 6.50$ which will be deducted from total refund once product is received and processed. 

NOTE: Any product that is discounted or marked down in our SALE section(s) is not eligible for any refund or exchange. All sales are final.

Please allow 5-20 days for your return to process. Returns are credited to the same card or PayPal account used to make your purchase. We’ll send you an email when our team has processed your refund so you know the funds are on the way.

If a return is received after 30 days or does not otherwise meet the requirements of our return policy it will be returned to the return address listed on the package. Bears monitors returns to identify potential misuse or abuse of our return policies. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

Return Process

If you wish to return an item, Please send your request to bearsbmxnbs@gmail.com Please include your order number (Example: S130XXXX) and the item name – color and size you wish to return.

To submit a return, please follow the directions below:

  • Please fill out your return form in conjunction with your return label
  • Place the item(s), return form and packing slip in a secure box
  • Stick the enclosed pre-paid shipping label on the package
  • Get the package to the shipping carrier on your label
  • Returns shipped back may take 3-7 days to reach our headquarters. We ask that you obtain a proof of postage or note your tracking number so that if your shipment goes missing on the way back to us, you’ll have proof you sent it.

After your return has been received, please allow 1 to 3 weeks (5-15 business days) for your return to process. Our team will send a confirmation email with receipt when your refund credit has been submitted.

Exchanges

Exchanges are not available for online purchases. If a different size or color is desired, simply return the original item(s) for a full refund and place a new order for the item(s) you'd like.

Bears does not offer refunds, exchanges or store credit for items purchased through 3rd party retailers. If you would like to return a gift, it will be required that you provide the original order number for the online purchase. Refunds will be processed back to the original form of payment used for the transaction. Exchanges and store credit are not available for gift returns.

Damaged & Defective Item Claims

If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact our team or submit a contact form on our website to initiate a claim. We are not able to accept damaged or defective goods until a claim has been submitted.

Further instructions will be provided after we have received your claim details. Replacements for damaged or defective goods will be provided at the discretion of Bears BMX & BS


PROCESSING & SHIPPING

Processing

If you select ground shipping your order will be processed within 1-3 business days before it is shipped. Orders placed with our expedited shipping option will be shipped the next business day. Orders placed during the weekend or on holidays will be processed the next business day.

Once an order has been submitted, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided with your order. To cancel an order, please immediately reply to the confirmation email or call 780-645-3652 We cannot guarantee that cancellation will be possible.

Once an order has been submitted, its contents cannot be modified. Please be sure to review the address, email, payment method, and item selections. We cannot modify the colors, styles or sizes of your selections once the order has been confirmed.

After your order has been processed and shipped, a confirmation email with tracking information will be sent to the email address provided.

Fulfillment

If an order cannot be fulfilled, the order will be cancelled within 1-4 business days and the payment authorization will be terminated. The customer will be notified of the cancellation at this time. Please note that it may take additional time for the funds to return to your account depending on your bank's policies.

If one or more items in an order are found to be out of stock, Bears will proceed with shipping the remaining items and adjust the order subtotal to reflect these changes. The customer will be notified within the shipment email sent out after the order has left our facility. At this time, we are unable to make substitutions for out of stock items. 

Rates

All orders under $125 are charged a flat rate shipping fee starting at $15. Orders over $125 (before taxes) ship for free. Expedited shipping rates start at $30 and will vary based on your location.
